The CEO Club Leaders Program is an AQF Level 8 postgraduate qualification designed exclusively for sitting Club CEOs and General Managers.
Delivered at postgraduate academic standard; this program develops the Board governance mastery, compliance leadership and strategic capability that defines outstanding CEOs and produces a board-ready capstone strategic initiative as a real deliverable for the CEOs club.

Audience
The CEO Club Leaders Program is designed exclusively for sitting CEOs and General Managers.
This is the only Graduate Diploma built for the unique governance complexity of the Club CEO role: navigating elected boards, regulatory compliance, strategic leadership and member stewardship simultaneously.

Learners need access to suitable technology to complete the course. This includes a laptop, desktop computer, or another device with a reliable internet connection and browsing capabilities and word processing programs like Word and spreadsheet applications such as Excel, as well as an installed PDF Reader.
Students will also need regular access to a laptop, desktop computer or device with an adequate camera to undertake video calls/recordings for assessments as required.
Students will also need a reliable/suitable mode of transport to be able to attend the in-person sessions.
This qualification will be delivered through blended delivery including online and workplace-based learning.
Students have 9x full day in-person sessions every 2nd month and 9x online sessions for 2 hours every alternate month.
18 Months.
